BANGKOK, 23 May: Representasia, Southeast Asia’s leading hotel technology solutions reseller, have partnered with Russian software developer Hoteza to bring their range of interactive communication, information and entertainment systems for hotels to the region.
Based in St Petersburg and established in 2013, Hoteza provide a number of hotel solutions designed to enhance the guest experience, facilitate communication and engagement, and increase ancillary revenue. All of Hoteza’s solutions provide hotel information, communications (including messaging, chat and push notifications), local tourist information, and mobile concierge services (including wakeup calls, room service, restaurant/spa bookings etc). In-room applications also allow guests to control lighting and temperature.
Hoteza already has hundreds of hotel clients around the world, particularly in Russia and China, and is trusted by leading groups including Marriott, Hilton and Rezidor to provide enhanced in-house services to their guests. Thanks to the team at Representasia, Hoteza’s products are now available to hotels in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
Tim Russell, Representasia’s Cofounder & Chief Marketing Officer, explains how the Hoteza partnership happened. “We’d been looking for a mobile concierge partner for several months” he tells us, “but none of the ones we found ticked all the boxes. We’d even considered building one ourselves! Then an existing partner put us in touch with Nikolay at Hoteza, and straight away we could see it was the product we’d been looking for.
